base material: MDF(medium density fiber) which have passed American CARP E1 standard, features: Methanal releases less than 5 mg, density is over 750kg/m3
back of the MDF board: warm white o pure melamine, easy to wash, can with or without logo accoding to customers’ requires.
PUR glue: Ho’Luan use the superior “PUR” glue which never be unstuck and is appointed by the Astronautics Department to adhee the base boad MDF.
Construction: Polymer composite board in fact is the combination of PVC, PET and Acrylic.
Theory: Polymer composite board is the upgrade of UR, so it keeps the advantages of UV, but eliminate the defects of “UV”, such as the orange peel, raw edge hardness is over 6H, improved on yellow resistance, resistance to impact, antiflaming, resistance to dirt and abrasion such kind of merits.

E1 & E2 grade moisture-proof melamine faced MDF and high-quality UV paint as base material, through UV bottom paint;

UV Color paint and UV face paint and then finished by quickly ultraviolet curing .

Each board surface coverd by transparent film to protect surface well.
