Product Process
1) Welcome custom designs, artworks and idea. We have professional designer teams who will work closely with you to develop your own designs into products.
2) We could arrange sea freight, air freight, express, door to door and insurance services.
3) For each order we will inspect every piece 3 times before final packing. In the meantime we are also glad to cooperate with custom appointed third parties to perform inspection in our factory.
Q1: What is the Warranty for our products ?
A1: For all TouchPack products, we have common warranty, based on standard warehouse situation specified by us.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period , we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

A2: No. It can reach food grade. Be approved by CE/FDA/MSDS.
Q3:Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
