Q1, When will you make shipment?

For standard medical monitor, usually will be sent from stock, you will receive them in 3-5 days after getting express way tracking code,for OEM, it will take 15-25 days after confirming pre-production sample.

Q2, What is the warranty of the medical monitor?

We provide 36 months Warranty,if you experience manufacturer defects with this model within the guarantee period, please contact us for after-sale support, if the problem is not able to be fixed there, we will offer free repair service.

Q3, What is your minimum order quantity?

10 pcs for the MOQ of our standard medical monitor, sample is acceptable too.

Q4, What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T, L/C and so on.

Q5, What you can do for my OEM /ODM orders?

Customize giftbox and logo printing on Housing, firmware customization including booting image, Launcher UI, default settings and so on.
